Chicken Irani
Ingredients
- Chicken 1 kg 12 pieces
- Yogurt 1 cup whipped
- Cream ½ cup
- Onion brown ½ cup grinded
- Oil ½ cup
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Almonds grinded 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp heaped
- White cardamom grinded ½ tsp
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp grinded
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Saffron ¼ tsp
- Kewra few drops
Method
- Marinate chicken with salt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste for 30 minutes, heat oil add marinated chicken, fry for10 minutes, add yogurt, cream, salt, pepper, cover and cook till chicken tender, lastly add brown onion, green cardamom grinded, Kewra, saffron, leave it on dum for 5 minutes. Remove.
