Man pasand sheer khurma
Ingredients
- Milk 1 liter
- Sago dana 2 tbsp heaped
- Vermicelli ½ cup broken
- Green cardamom grinded ½ tsp heaped
- Ghee 2 tbsp
- Saffron ½ tsp
- Condensed milk 1 small tin
- Evaporated tin 1 small
- Almonds peeled and sliced 3 tbsp
- Pistachio peeled and sliced 3 tbsp
- Charoli 3 tbsp
- Cashew nuts 2 tbsp chopped
- Sugar 4 tbsp
Method
- Heat ghee add in vermicelli add all the dry fruits, slightly brown add in milk and sago dana, cook for 10 minutes add sugar, cardamom, saffron, when slightly thick, remove add evaporated milk and condensed milk.
